1. User Accounts

• Accounts are personal. You may not share login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

• All purchases are final unless required by law. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
• Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled 7 days before renewal.
• Prices are shown in USD and may change with 30 days notice.

3. License & Intellectual Property

• Course access grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
• Downloadable materials remain the property of SearchFrame Guild and instructors.
• Commercial reuse, resale, or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not post hateful, illegal, or harmful content in community spaces.
• Respect instructor and fellow member intellectual property at all times.
• Automated scraping or data harvesting of our platform is forbidden.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SearchFrame Guild is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
